What is Modern Pentathlon?
The Modern Pentathlon is an Olympic sport which consists of five disciplines:

  • Fencing at Epee
  • Pistol Shooting

  • Race
  • Horseback riding - jumping

Participants receive points for their performance in each of the five disciplines with different rules for each discipline. The participant with the highest score wins competition.
