This implies potential for increased and skilled workforce and a large number of JCR activities of importance to talent development.

Action points:
The two primary areas of focus are klubudvikling and coaching.

Klubudvikling
Objectives are to create consistency between clubs and federations work in talent development and to develop clubs competencies in recruiting and retaining talent. The intention is to create a series of environments for talent around the country where the DFF in cooperation with the clubs they create sound structures that are bearing a targeted talent work.
Initially taking club development based on 4 pilot projects in 4 of DFF designated clubs: Triangle, JAF, HFK and Thisted. We must work to develop the clubs in terms of organization, recruitment, retention, municipal cooperation, training and tournament participation, so that clubs can handle these issues systematically, competently and professionally.
As work with the pilot project progresses include more and more clubs in the project.
The aim is that the activities of the project on User Level is open to all talented fencers regardless of club affiliation, so that the project will be inclusive rather than exclusive, and thereby absorb such a large proportion of the total Danish talent as possible. On User Level targeted talent development for children and young people under 15 who fencer foil and rapier. Special efforts will be to cooperate in training and activities across all Danish clubs, pilot clubs and DFF.
Eg. will be conducted joint training across all clubs under the leadership of a fencing champion, where talent meets to upgrade technical skills and opportunities for social relationships. Further, one of the project aims to increase the supply of Danish B & D competitions with 2 extra per. years.

Trainer
In order to support and qualify the talent and elite work of DFF DFF continued work to establish a structured coaching in DFF auspices.
