The board of directors elected at the general meeting, held every year in April or May The Board comprises 7 members, elected for two years at a time. In the odd years leaves four of the members of even leaving the other 3. Immediately after the General Supervisory Board shall elect a chairman, a deputy chairman and a treasurer.
