1. Volunteering is the bedrock of Triangle
This means that all directors, managers and parents do not receive wages for work performed.
The club may appreciate the effort financially, if finances permit, by granting exemption from contributions to the instructors and special travel grants to directors who are also konkurrencefægtere.

This means that there must be fun in triangle with room for fun and partying.
Proposals for change is well received, and individuals receive recognition for its efforts.
It's nice to come into the club and everyone has a motivational behavior on themselves and others.

4. We take responsibility and respect each
It means you show respect for each other and behave properly.
You take responsibility for each other and help each other. This can only be achieved by that trust each other and establish friendships. Finally, we use energy to put ourselves in others' place.

5. We believe education is critical
This means that we constantly train each other in a club's many features. An older fencer will always take care of a younger one experienced by a beginner.
All assume the duties as the powers and wants to learn.
Moreover, we have continuously a professional instructor training started.

6. All are supported in getting as far as taste goes
That means providing equal opportunities for all and fencers, instructors and parents support the fencers from reaching as far as the individual wants.

This means that parents are encouraged to participate in the club's many activities to the extent that they have time and inclination to do so. In addition, parents appreciated the work as an equal with all other club activities.

This means that we listen to each other and are responsive to others' expressions. We take the conflicts early and are happy to constructive criticism. Likewise, we give constructive criticism and both parties enter into dialogue to contribute to development.
