Organization
The club currently has approx. 275 members. Of these 150 youth members under 15 years and have no vote. About 60 are motionsfægtere, adult beginners and experienced fencers, while approx. 60 is youth elitefægtere with a high volume assembly. There is overlap between these groups and the trainer in a degree of overlap.

The club is managed by a board elected at the general meeting, held every year (see Statutes). The Board constitutes itself. It consists of 5 members, 2 alternates, 2 youth representatives.

There shall not be reduced selection at a general meeting, but there are a number of groups and individuals who perform tasks that some of the more formal nature, others less formal.

Altogether there are approx. 40 Persons carrying out regular tasks in the club, plus more resolve volunteers.

With the exception of a single salaried fencing champion handled all the work of volunteer club members, albeit to a lesser extent reimbursed for their efforts, for example in the form of quota exemption, travel allowance, or similar. Some of the volunteers are parents of fencers.

Club Board
The Board is the only body directly elected by the General Assembly. Board's role is primarily strategic, but served too few strategically important operational duties of directors, either because a strong grounding in the Board is required (such as finance and quotas) or because of the tasks that individual members may suffer and / or are particularly good at .

Club Board works jointly with:

  • The club values
  • Policies and Guidelines
  • Objectives, strategies and action plans
  • Prioritization and allocation of resources
  • Elite Work
  • Personnel: volunteers and staff: Engage and Nurse, contribute to conflict resolution, etc.

The Board constitutes itself. Constitution reflects the duties of the Board beyond the joint strategic and coordinating efforts. Constitutions may be amended, except President, Vice President and Treasurer. In autumn 2006 the Board has the following features represented:

Workgroups
The tasks are strategic and coordinating. The specific tasks not performed on the board, takes place in standing or ad hoc-based workgroups. This is to ensure a broad anchoring of responsibility and performance of functions at the club. Workgroups can be ad hoc, and they can be formed at the behest of the Board or on its own. All groups are in contact with the board and approved by it.

To ensure that the groups are visible to members that the executives are available to all members have the opportunity to survey the structure and contact the relevant project groups, all groups should have an input on the club's website where there are at least a brief description of the group's purpose and one or more contacts. The groups are almost all of them open to interested parties (See club values, 8).
