1. Audience

Age groups cadet, juniors and seniors for all three weapons (Foil, Epee and saber). It is for these age groups that are world championships.

2. The purpose of an elite policy

• To establish some general guidelines for decision making in everyday work with elitefægterne and by developing strategies for elitefægterne.
• To balance demands and expectations Board, coaches, and elitefægterne between.

3. Objectives for elitefægterne

• To give each fencer option to redeem its sporting potential.
• That the elites helps to highlight the sporting level of the club for other fencers.
• The elite gives inspiration and sparring with other fencers and thus also help to recruit new elitefægtere.

4. Definition of a elitefægter

As elite counted fencers who have international potential to position itself among the top 50 in the world, which follows the planned exercise regularly, focused and serious. Bounded not by a particular team but elitefægterne selected through discussion with the trainer.

The elite have an obligation to "throw primadonnanykkerne in wardrobe, share experiences with other fencers and raise the sporting level of the club. 5. Responsible

6. Prioritization

Talent - and elite work prioritized equally in relation to coach / fencing champion resources. Cadet - and junior group is particularly in the period 2007-2009.

7. Communications

Elite policy published on the club website. To stakeholders (sponsors, DFF, DIF, etc..) Summarized one page on the club's elite politics.
