We perform three times a year an induction program for youth and adults who want to learn to fence. The course aims to give participants a basic understanding of fencing so that they are then ready to be funneled into the club's other teams. You will learn the most basic footwork, simple attacks, counterattacks and parades and be introduced to fencing history. And then of course there is plenty of sword fights.

Intro course runs over 12 weeks of teaching Mondays. 17.30 to 19.00. Starting Dates in fall 2009 is Monday 10 August and Monday 2nd November. There is maximum room for 15 participants on each team.

Participation costs £ 700 This includes loans from the club fencing equipment and weapons. Payment must be made before the course begins with an account number that you for asking for enrollment. After the introductory course is over you are ready to participate in the club's general fencing training. First you must join and pay the fee. The price of membership is 230 kr. months.
