alexander_lilleAlexander Tsoronis was today in the fire at the Cadet World Championships in Baku and finished in seventh phoneme space.

Alexander remained after the initial pools ranked 40 out of a total of 85 fencers, but struggled in the day elimationskampe very top of the field. Only in the quarter-finals had Alexander beaten by the recent gold medal winner Alexander Massialas from the U.S..

7. space also means that Alexander has achieved season's big goal: to qualify for the Youth Olympic Games 2010 held in Singapore in August.

Later in the week to make three more Trekantenfægtere in the fire at the World Championships in Baku. Tuesday Kasper Reindahl make up the junior Epee while Filip Kiil and Soren Johansen makes up in junior foil Wednesday.
