General Requirements for Fencing at Fencing Club Triangle `s fencing hall and the use of fitness room PDF Udskriv Email

1. Training Schedule
Until now finds workout held at the normal time - as agreed with your fencing teacher.
A schedule of training times can be found on the bulletin board in the hallway.
Training times can change - so be aware of any messages on the bulletin board.

2. Access
Access to the club is through the building to Ryparkhallen.
The actual fencing hall and fitness room Do not walk with gadesko - please switch to indoor sports shoes or use the overdraft!
To prevent unnecessary soiling of the club's area will shift from gadesko / applying a coating in case of inclement weather will be moved closer entrance.

3. Dressing rooms
Gowning happens in handball hall's locker rooms. These premises are also used by other athletes who may have activities in the hall and is therefore freely available to anyone. Money / valuables / valuable clothes should not be left.

4. The club's premises, installations and equipment
The club's jackets, gloves, masks and hand weapons are intended to be used by beginners in the first months of their membership in the club. After 4 months of membership are no longer allowed to use the club's starting equipment - members may even get the necessary props.

Members who wish to participate in contests, may even acquire electrical equipment including electric weapons.
All props can be purchased at the Chamber (see noticeboard).
If there is a possibility that the club will supplement with backup weapon the first couple of times a member participates in fencing competitions.

The club's premises, installations and equipment should be treated with care.
Coming to crack one of the club's blades, the arms in question bear the person in charge (which is always the fencer or fægterske which led the blade of the weapon) name, such that the bill can be sent to the proper authorities. The broken arms made into the workshop (under construction - will be anxious arms racks for hhvs. Defective and repaired weapons).

Damage of the club's facilities or other property shall also be communicated Board in brief written form (delivered to a fencing teacher, administrator or placed in the mailbox outside the office). The Board will then decide on any compensation.

Failure to inform them that you have broken one or more of the club's weapons / has come to damage the installations / other club's share shall be regarded as attempts at cheating, which, where appropriate, and unauthorized use of the club's or others' arms and props, could result in expulsion.

The club's weapons and other props may be removed from the club's premises without authorization by the directors who may be responsible for the club's equipment! (Please see advertisement on the billboard!)

The club's washing machine is designed for washing the club's fægtetøj.

5. Lessons
If the Board considers that it would be beneficial for a smooth flow of the course will be presented lesson lists, where members who want to get lesson must write themselves.

6. Security
For all free fencing must be worn for safety mask, fencing jacket, gloves (which covers the sleeve) and long pants.
Women should also always use chest protectors!
Increased security is achieved using the following requisites (mandatory for official FIE-events):

  • FIE-fencing jacket
  • FIE-mesh stainless steel and beard with 1600 N gennemtrængningsmodstand
  • FIE-safety vest
  • FIE-fencing pants
  • FIE blades (with electric fencing)

There are also some extra-protective:

  • Athletic Support (Suspensorium)
  • Integrate. bryst-/mavebeskytter plastic (thousand girl / woman)

Each member is responsible for their own safety - all participation in activities on the fencing hall is at your own risk!

7. Luggage members fencing props
Members can - at your own risk - leave their fencing props on the club designated areas, ie. intact weapons and masks to designated racks at the Chamber fægtetøj / towels / fægtesko mm. placed on hangers and hung on one of the poles into the chamber. (Gloves and small items can also be placed in the masks, but not on top of them!)

Closed våbensæk / roll back can be placed in the chamber to the left of the entrance.

All other equipment left at the club's premises and props that are not placed at the designated sites will be removed without risk!

8. Tobacco / Beverages
The whole club is non-smoking area.

The floor under aluminum eat networks destroyed by moisture. Beverages in open containers / glass / plastic cups should not be taken to enter the fencing hall - the risk of spillage on the floor is too large.
If you take drinks in closed containers onto a fencing hall, do not let them stand out in the open state at any time!

9. Phone
The club's phone (39 27 13 13) is not for free.
Should you forget your cell phone, you must use the club's telephone for short conversations within Denmark.
Misuse may result in expulsion.

10. Breaks / Termination
Members may need to take a break from fencing in education, study abroad, damage, etc..
A written message on screen will be the club received before 15 in a month to have effect with the following month.
The obligation to pay contingent does not stop, if one just gets away from training - verbal messages on breaks or termination is not sufficient.

11. Holiday Closing
There is usually no lessons on fencing hall in winter, the week before Easter, school holidays, the autumn and in the period between Christmas and New Year, but there may be training sessions and there is usually access to information "versus" in certain periods.

Caution! Last person leaving the premises must ensure that the patio doors in the club room is locked, turn off lights in any room and make sure that the front door's lock is turned on again and the door is closed!

 

KONDI SPACE

Who has access?

  • Members of FKT (starting with the calendar year you turn 16 years old)
  • Members of Marchez (until the calendar year in which a person turns 15 years) if FKT has received written application from parents about the exemption - under the precondition that there is an instructor present.
  • Members of FKT Kondi

Rules

  • Space Do not walk with gadesko
  • Bags / bags must remain outside
  • Cleaning after spillage of beverages is difficult - beverages in open containers / glasses / mugs should not be taken into the room
  • Training shall be in minimum T-shirt and shorts
  • Towel (s) must be brought (to yourself and to wipe the machines off with after use)
  • The machines may be moved around
  • Weight discs put it away after use
  • Wipe the machines of the sweat after use
  • Strength Team has first priority in training at predetermined times (see noticeboard)
  • Instructors must be followed

Caution! Last person leaving fitness room should ensure that windows are closed (with two hasps in place), turn the radio off and the light and make sure that the front door's lock is on and the door is closed!
