Position Overview:
As a Volunteer Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment of volunteers for various club events and ensuring that their contributions are recognized and appreciated. This is a pivotal role that directly impacts the overall experience of our members and participants.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for recruiting volunteers, ensuring a diverse and engaged pool of participants.
• Collaborate with event organizers to determine volunteer needs for specific events and coordinate the scheduling of volunteers.
• Conduct volunteer orientations to provide information about Fencing Club Trekanten, event details, and volunteer roles.
• Establish and maintain open communication channels with volunteers, addressing concerns, providing guidance, and expressing appreciation for their contributions.
• Organize volunteer appreciation events or activities to recognize and celebrate the hard work and dedication of volunteers.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals.
• Enthusiasm for engaging with volunteers and fostering a positive volunteer experience.
• Previous experience in volunteer coordination or event planning is a plus, but not required.
