What we expect of our members

  • A nice place to be – for everyone

At Trekanten we welcome everyone in a spacious social environment. We say hello to everyone in the room when we arrive. We value friendship and unity. We meet the club's guests with friendliness. We are considerate and always speak respectfully to each other. We treat everyone in the club and the world of sports as we would like to be treated ourselves. We like to give a high five and say thank you.

  • An inclusive environment – for everyone

At Trekanten we have an inclusive sports environment where no one should experience teasing, harassment or discrimination based on weapons, gender, age, sexual orientation, physical characteristics, mental or physical disabilities, ethnicity, nationality, religion or political affiliation. This also applies on social media.

  • Fair play – always fair play!

On and off the piste. At training and competitions. To everyone.
We behave respectfully towards clubmates, people from other clubs, competition officials, volunteers and coaches. To guests and to those we are guests of. We show respect for the rules of the sport and are opposed to all doping. We never make negative calls during matches or training, neither to teammates, opponents or officials, and we cheer for our own with respect for the opponent. We show dignity in both victory and defeat.

  • You are here – take responsibility

Always be a good role model. Take responsibility for making training, events and camps a good experience for yourself, your clubmates and all other participants. Help create a good and spacious learning environment. Take care of the club's premises and equipment. Be aware of other people's boundaries and never cross them. At every training session, contribute to a nice and safe social environment in the club.

Have a nice day in Trekanten!

  • Doping

The use of doping is prohibited and a serious violation of the rules of sport. If we discover the use/sale/purchase of doping substances among the association's members or at the sports facility, we will contact the police and Anti-Doping Denmark.

  • The mobile phone, photos and social media

Mobile phones are allowed in the fencing hall, but we do not take photos or videos of each other between members without consent, where the individual person can be recognized. We do not take any photos or videos at all in connection with changing clothes and bathing. We do not accept digital bullying in Trekanten. The club's rules of conduct also apply to social media.
