Everything you need for an Amazing Summer Vacation

Fencing Club Trekanten are hosting their annual Summer Camp, helping you get ready before the start of the season. Once again, the camp is held at Sakskøbing Sports Center, approximately one hour south of Copenhagen. The center has two large gymnasiums and a swimming hall. Shuttle transport to and from Copenhagen Central Station will be offered.

Training Sessions

Three times a day, you can experience our world famous training sessions that are guaranteed to get your heart rate up.

Fencing Lessons

Experience our team of dedicated professionals and get some quality individual lessons that will help develop your game.

Competition

During the camp you will participate in a friendly competition that will allow you to prepare for the rest of the season.

Networking

Meetup with old friends and get to meet new ones - The Camp is a chance to develop your personal and professional network.

Venue

The camp is held at Sakskøbing Sports Center, approximately one hour south of Copenhagen. The center has two large gymnasiums and a swimming hall. Shuttle transport to and from Copenhagen Central Station will be arranged.

Accomodation

The fencers will be accommodated at the hostel next to the sports center. We also offer participation with no accommodation. Using this option Trekanten suggests Hotel Sakskøbing or Oreby Mølle.

Transport

A shuttle bus leaves from "DGI Byen" next to Copenhagen Central Station, at Ingerslevsgade) and goes directly to the camp venue in Sakskøbing. You can book a one way or round trip ticket. Departure time is 9AM on the first day and again at 3PM on the last day. There is a limited number of seats, so be sure to book your ticket as soon as possible.

Food & Drinks

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and soft drinks throughout the camp are included in the price.

Coaches

Coaches are welcome to accompany their fencers to the camp. Coaches bringing 6 or more fencers to the camp get a 50% discount on the entry fee. Coaches bringing 8 or more fencers can stay at the camp for free. Coaches who receive a discount are expected to help out at the camp.

Weekend Package

Friday - Saturday

If you live in or close to Copenhagen and can't do the full camp, you also have the option to book a weekend package. The pack covers training passes friday to saturday and includes one overnight stay and meals.

This is a unique opportunity to get a camp experience for a couple of days.

Sakskøbing Sportscenter

Sakskøbing hostel is centrally located on the South Sea island of Lolland, close to the motorway and is therefore a good starting point for the many attractions that the island offers. We offer professional catering for camp schools, training stays, courses and meetings.

Book now and cancel free of charge before July 1st 2024. Cancellations received from July 1st until July 15th 2024 are subject to a 300 DKK (€ 40) fee. No refunds will be given after July 15th 2024.

Should the organizer choose to cancel the camp, a full refund will be given. The organizer cannot be held responsible for any costs caused as a result of the cancellation.

Payment transaction will be completed in DKK.
