Promoter Program – Terms & Conditions
Important: This promoter program is a voluntary referral initiative. By registering as a promoter, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
1. Eligibility
- You must hold a valid, paid ticket for the relevant camp/event to register as a promoter.
- Each ticket may only be used once to register as a promoter for that event.
- The promoter program is not available to members of the organiser’s organisation unless explicitly stated otherwise by the organiser.
2. Independent Status – No Representation
- Promoters participate in the program as independent individuals.
- Promoters are not employees, staff, agents, contractors, or representatives of the organiser.
- Promoters must not present themselves as acting on behalf of, employed by, or authorised to represent the organiser in any capacity.
- Promoters have no authority to make commitments, provide guarantees, or give binding information on behalf of the organiser.
3. Promoter Link & Tracking
- Upon registration, you will receive a unique referral link (“Promoter Link”).
- Only registrations completed using your Promoter Link are eligible for referral compensation.
- Referrals are tracked through the ticket/registration system. Manual verification and export may be used.
4. Referral Compensation
- You may earn referral compensation for each valid referral, subject to the rules applicable to the specific event.
- The reward amount, eligibility criteria, and maximum number of rewarded referrals are determined per event and may vary between events.
- Referral compensation is calculated per order, not per individual participant, and at most one referral reward may be earned per eligible order.
- The total referral compensation paid to a promoter for an event shall never exceed 80% of the value of the promoter’s own paid ticket for that event, regardless of the number of valid referrals.
5. Valid Referrals
A referral is considered valid only if:
- The referred participant registers using your Promoter Link.
- The referred participant is not a member of the organiser’s organisation (where membership exclusion applies).
- The referred order is paid and not cancelled, refunded, or charged back.
- The referral complies with all event-specific limits and eligibility rules.
- The referral does not form part of a chain, circular, or reciprocal referral arrangement.
6. Prohibited Chain & Circular Referrals
- Deliberate chain referrals are not permitted.
- This includes situations where promoters refer other promoters, directly or indirectly, in order to reduce or eliminate the cost of their own ticket.
- Any referral structure designed to distribute discounts or compensation among promoters rather than attract genuine new participants is prohibited.
- The organiser reserves the right to invalidate all related referrals and compensation in such cases.
7. Payment of Compensation
- Referral compensation is paid exclusively as a refund to the promoter’s own event ticket.
- No cash payments, transfers, or alternative payout methods are offered.
- Referral compensation is processed at or around the time of the event.
- No compensation is paid before the event takes place.
- The organiser may delay payment until all eligibility checks are completed.
8. Cancellations
- If a referred participant cancels their registration (or receives a refund/chargeback), the related referral compensation is forfeited.
- If you cancel your own ticket, all accumulated and pending referral compensation is forfeited, regardless of referral status.
- Cancelled or refunded tickets are never eligible for referral compensation.
9. Transparency & Disclosure
- When sharing your Promoter Link, you must clearly inform potential participants that you may receive financial compensation if they register using your link.
- Promoter links must not be presented as neutral, independent, or official recommendations.
- Failure to provide clear disclosure may result in referrals being invalidated and removal from the promoter program.
10. Abuse, Misuse & Right to Refuse
- Referral links must not be used in a misleading, deceptive, or automated manner.
- Self-referrals, manipulation of registrations, spam, or attempts to bypass program limits are not permitted.
- The organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to invalidate referrals, withhold compensation, or remove promoters where misuse is suspected or these Terms are breached.
- Eligibility determinations and compensation decisions are final.
11. Changes, Suspension & Termination
- The organiser may modify, suspend, or terminate the promoter program at any time.
- Where permitted by applicable law, changes may apply immediately, including to pending referrals.
12. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the promoter program is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
- The organiser is not responsible for lost referrals or compensation due to technical issues, incorrect use of referral links, browser settings, ad blockers, cookies, network failures, or third-party services.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the organiser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or expected savings.
- The organiser’s total liability related to the promoter program shall not exceed the total referral compensation actually paid to the promoter for the relevant event.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organiser from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the promoter program, failure to provide required disclosure, or misrepresentation of your role.
14. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the organiser’s jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
15. Acceptance
By submitting the promoter registration form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you accept these Terms.
Small Print
The promoter program is intended as a simple referral initiative. Referral tracking and compensation may be handled manually, especially in the initial phase. No real-time earnings balance, automated reporting, or guaranteed payout timeline is provided. Event-specific terms always take precedence.
